Overview
Create your account to start a free trial with 14 days and 1,000 free messages. You add a payment method during setup and are not charged until the trial ends.
Get Started
1. On Cobalt's pricing page, click the button for the plan you want. The Create Your Account page opens.
2. Fill in your details, then click Create account.
Business type: The kind of business you run, such as Retail & Ecommerce or Health & Beauty.
Business name: Your business or organization name.
Store domain: Your website address, such as example.com. Only asked for Retail & Ecommerce.
Name: Your first and last name.
Email address: The email you will log in with.
Password and Confirm password: Your new password, twice.
3. Set up your account opens, with Free trial · 14 days · 1,000 free messages at the top. Complete the first five steps, from Contact information to Business Verification.
4. On the last step, Start your free trial, add a payment method, then click Start free trial. Due today shows $0.00, and Trial ends shows the date your trial finishes.
What happens next
Our team will begin to review your business details, and a banner at the top of the page shows your status. You can explore Cobalt meanwhile, but you cannot send messages until your number is approved.
Helpful Information
Your trial starts on the plan you picked on the pricing page, Growth or Pro.
Your trial starts when you create your account, not when you add your payment method.
Cancel in Billing before your trial ends and you won't be charged.
Troubleshooting
"The email has already been taken.":
An account already uses that email. Log in instead, or use a different email.
"The merchant domain has already been taken.":
Another account uses that store domain. Check it, or contact support if it is yours.
"We could not confirm your browser. Reload the page and try again.":
Reload the page and submit the form again.
Shopify stores: Install Cobalt from the Shopify App Store instead. Shopify bills you, so there is no payment step. Guide: Install Cobalt on Your Shopify Store.
